What We Believe
The mission of the WOCC is to unite residents, organizations, and partners in West Oakland to build pathways to housing stability, economic opportunity, and community wellbeing through collective action and resource building.
The WOCC has a vision of a thriving West Oakland where community feel rooted, resourced, and empowered—and where every family has access to safety, meaningful opportunity, health, and belonging.
